Turnkey delivery will be offered from 2027 through a separate company. Until then, you buy from the factory and are the importer; we prepare everything with you.

Frequently asked questions
Which countries do you source from?
Mainly China (Guangdong, including Foshan and Shenzhen), and other countries when they are the better option.
Who do I sign the contract with?
With DEEV Sourcing (Lux VR States Sàrl-S) in Luxembourg for our services. You buy the goods from the manufacturer we selected together.
Do I pay you a percentage of my purchase?
No. Our fees are fixed per project or per month.
What is the minimum order?
It depends on the product. Many factories start from a few thousand euros; we tell you upfront if an order is too small to make sense.
What if the goods are not right?
That's why we approve a sample first and inspect at the factory before shipping. Issues are fixed before the goods leave.
Who owns the supplier contacts?
You do. All contacts, prices and documents are yours.
How long does it take?
Usually 11 to 19 weeks from order to delivery.
Do you handle customs?
We organise transport and customs documents with our freight partners. In the current phase, you are the importer of record; we prepare everything with you.
