    You send the product, quantity and your current price.

  2. Step 02

    Specification

    What we do
    Together we define materials, finishes, quantities, quality standard and packaging, and check the EU rules that apply.

    You share drawings, photos or references and confirm the specification.

    About 1 week
  3. Step 03

    Supplier quotes

    What we do
    We contact and compare qualified manufacturers and present the best options side by side.
    What you do
    You choose which factories go forward to sampling.

    1–3 weeks
  4. Step 04

    Sample approval

    What we do
    We order samples and check them against the specification.
    What you do
    You approve a physical sample before production.

  5. Step 05

    Order

    What we do
    We check the order documents, the deposit and the terms, and make sure they are agreed in writing.

    You confirm the order with the factory; deposit and terms are agreed in writing.

  6. Step 06

    Production follow-up

    What we do
    We follow production and dates with the factory and keep you updated.
    What you do
    You receive regular updates and decide on any changes.

    4–8 weeks
  7. Step 07

    Factory inspection

    What we do
    Goods are inspected at the factory against the approved sample before they ship. You receive the report.
    What you do
    You release the shipment once the inspection is passed.

    1–2 days, before shipping
  8. Step 08

    Shipping & customs

    What we do
    We organise transport, customs documents and delivery with our freight partners.
    What you do
    As the importer, you receive the goods; we prepare the documents with you.
    Typical duration
    Sea freight 5–7 weeks; air freight faster but more expensive

Total lead time is usually 11 to 19 weeks from order to delivery. Plan early for Chinese New Year and Q4.
